When Should I expect my Order ?
We strive to deliver as early as possible. The Standard delivery time is 2 working days for products in stock. Products out of stock delivery time varies and informed in the shopping page.
Please email us at orders@thepaintshop.com.cy as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request. Please include your order Number.
We’re here to help you paint a home you’ll love. We work hard to make sure that always happens, but if you’re unhappy with your experience, let us know and we’ll make it right!
You can return unused, unopened paint in its original packaging for a €7 per gallon restocking fee within 60 days of receiving your order. It will be deducted from your refund, and original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please allow 2-3 business days for returns processing. Email us at orders@thepaintshop.com.cy with your order # and we’ll help you place the return!
