Ready to use, white super elastic acrylic filler
FLEX is ready mixed, specially formulated, white, super elastic acrylic putty based on pure acrylic resins. It is suitable for filling cracks and connection joints on walls, ceilings, floors and terraces. Exhibits excellent adhesion on plaster, concrete, bricks, stones, metal, wood etc.

APPLICATIONS
- Sealing of horizontal and vertical joints – capable of accommodating a joint movement up to 15%.
- Sealing of most common building joints such as joints between wall and windows / doors, rooftop joints, joints in prefabricated buildings etc.
- It is suitable for plaster, concrete, bricks, stones, metal, wood, aerated concrete blocks, plasterboards, cementboards etc.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Joints must be dry and clean from dust, grease and loose particles and other contamination
- Previously used materials should be well removed
- For wide joints it is recommended the use of a flexible sealing strip at a depth equal to 0.7 Äì 0.8 of the joint width
- For deep cracks or joints is recommended the application of water-based primer ISOCRYL DUR AQUA
- Apply product with a spatula or spreader
- Press the filler onto the surface to a maximum depth of 9mm
- Smooth surface with soapy water before skinning
- Once dry, the final surface may be painted
- Close lid immediately after use to prevent drying
It is advisable to perform a suitability test prior to full scale application
REMARKS
- Do not use to fill plastics
- Do not apply externally when rain is imminent (within 5 hours of application)
- Do not apply at temperatures (ambient and surface) below 5oC
- Not suitable for repairs to permanently wet areas
- Do not apply in layers more than 9mm deep. For deeper joints use a flexible sealing strip
