Latex admixture for cement based mortars
ISOMIX RESIN SBR 380 is reinforcing polymer latex based on synthetic resins, suitable for the improvement of the adhesion, waterproofing, flexibility and workability of cement admixtures, plasters etc.

- Priming of absorbing and deteriorated building surfaces

Surface preparation
- Make sure that surfaces are clean and free of oily residues, loose materials, dust etc prior to application.
- Pre -wet very hot or very absorptive surfaces avoiding the creation of water puddles.
Mixing
ISOMIX RESIN SBR 380 is added in the recommended ratios to the mixing water in admixtures:
Flooring screeds
- drymix : liquid mix = 5 : 1
- Cement : sand = 1:1 to 1:4
- ISOMIX RESIN SBR 380 : WATER = 1:1
- Brushable Slurries
ISOMIX RESIN SBR 380 : WATER = 1:3
Priming layers between old and new concrete
- Cement : sand = 1 : 1
- ISOMIX RESIN SBR 380 : WATER = 1 : 1
- cement admixtures : liquid mix = 2 : 1
Applied by brush 20 minutes prior to applying new concrete or screed
