ISOPHALT LATEX is waterbased bituminous emulsion based on a mixture of pure asphalt and fillers. It is odourless, non flammable and free from dangerous solvents. It is suitable for protection and waterproofing building surfaces. A continuous waterproof film is formed after water evaporation, with excellent adhesion properties to the substrate. The dried film is resistant to acid or alkali solutions.

APPLICATIONS

• Can be mixed with sand and cement to create a plastoelastic mortar with excellent mechanical properties suitable for industrial floors, gyms etc.
• ISOPHALT LATEX is compatible with common building substrates such as concrete, plaster, masonry, brick, stones, metal, plasterboard etc.
