PU 501 MONTAGE is a high quality, one-component, ready to use, polyurethane-based assembly adhesive. It offers high bonding strength and high water resistance.

APPLICATIONS

It is suitable for structural bonding of a wide range of different materials:

Aluminum profile frame corner bonding
Wooden window Äì door frames and construction elements
Garden and house furniture
Insulation materials (i.e. EPS, XPS etc.)
Wood, stone, concrete, metal and plastic construction elements
Structural bonding of steel reinforcing and other construction elements in walls and concrete.
Wood, stone, concrete, metal and plastic construction elements. Not suitable for PE & PP.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Surfaces must be clean, free of dust and grease.
Slight moistening of the substrates improves curing rate and gap filling characteristics as adhesive foams up filling any bond cavities Äì voids.
Apply PU 501 MONTAGE on one surface.
Join parts together within 10 minutes and if possible clamp parts together for at least 60 minutes.
Pressing the materials during curing is advisable to achieve maximum strength.

A suitability test is recommended
