SEAL & FIX is a high quality silicone-like joint sealant adhesive with excellent bonding strength. It is suitable for high demand bonding and sealing applications. SEAL & FIX remains elastic and mechanically stable at low and high temperature conditions. Mildew resistant. Not UV resistant.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Surfaces must be dry and clean, free of dust and grease
- Apply the sealant uniformly and remove stains within 5 minutes.
- The surface is touch dry within 3-10 minutes and can be overpainted within 2-3 hours.
- Full strength is achieved within 36-48 hours, depending on layer thickness and weather conditions (temperature, humidity).
- Avoid contact with concentrated acids and oxidizers
