Primer – adhesion promoter for difficult and polished surfaces
ADHESIL is a transparent primer for adhesion promotion working on a molecular level. It works on high gloss, smooth or polished surfaces and in general difficult Äì low energy surfaces where most usual coatings, adhesives fail to adhere.

APPLICATIONS
Improves bonding of:
- Epoxy and polyurethane adhesives and coatings on difficult to adhere surfaces such as high gloss ceramic tiles.
- Polyurethane and epoxy-urethane parquet adhesives.
- Polyurethane, silicone and hybrid sealants and flexible bonding adhesives.
- Acrylic paints, elastomeric coatings and sealants on difficult to bond surfaces such as glass, aluminium, inox, galvanized steel, plastics etc.

METHOD OF APPLICATION
- Remove all loose material, dirt, and oily residues using mechanical means and then polyurethane solvent and let dry.
- Apply ADHESIL in a thin layer using a roll, brush or cloth.
- Allow to dry for 30 Äì 90 minutes and then apply the adhesive or coating.
It is advisable to perform a suitability test for each application.
